Alaska AT&T Mobility Employees
We submitted your
cards January 13, 2010. We were notified this morning that we
have reached a majority in the AT&T Mobility Alaska Retail group,
and we are certified as the collective bargaining agent. A formal
petition has been filed on your behalf with the National Labor
Relations Board.
As CWA Represented workers, you will be covered by the existing
contract we have negotiated with AT&T mobility that is good through

Some of the benefits contained in the contract are:
- Guaranteed annual
raises and step increases every six months.
- Monthly savings on a
healthcare care plan that covers more.
- A legally binding
grievance and arbitration process that ensures workplace equality,
and provides and effective way to address workplace wrongs and
contract violations.
As union employees, you will no longer be “at will”, and
can only be disciplined or discharged for “just cause.”
