DEX 2010 Benefits Information
The Open Enrollment packet (800kb) will be sent to DEX
employees this week. As you know, the company claimed to not have
the information while bargaining and the ratified contract guarantees
that health care will be as good as or better than the management
plan. Jana Smith-Carr, CWA Representative, has verified with
the company that this packet applies to all employees at
RHDonnelly.

Ratification Vote Results
The ballets for Local 7803's Dex Media ratification vote were counted
today. The results are: 37 NO & 25 YES.

10/02/09 Dex/CWA Contract Expires Tonight at 5PM!
If we strike, all members must sign up for picket duty to receive
relief pay. Please use this online form. Your strike captain will notify you
of time and location of your picket schedule. We will also plan on
posting the schedule here online as well.

Practice Picket at the Tacoma Office
On Monday, September
21, we held a practice picket at the Tacoma office at lunchtime!
Reps from the Olympia and Silverdale offices joined the Tacoma reps for
a training session, and our membership made the most of this
opportunity to show our solidarity. It was a great turnout and a
very positive experience. It was definitely noticed by the
managers!
We held signs that said:
UNION Together Everybody Achieves More - Just Practicing!
UNITED for a FAIR CONTRACT - Just Practicing!
